Pizza Hut Employees are Idiots

Given our experience with restaurant service in this area, it would be fitting that the people that work at the local Pizza Hut are incompetent as well. Last night, we went to grab a bite to eat before going to the basketball game. We arrived at 6:30 and quickly got our order in. Ritchie and I made our trip to the salad bar and it wasn' t long and he got the wings he ordered. The boys and I ordered personal pan pizzas. During all this, another family came in who ordered after us. Well, I noticed their kids got personal pan pizzas BEFORE we did. We wait a little longer....no pizzas. We say something to the waiter who was about 16. He went to check and said they were in the oven. More time goes by and the other family is mad. Evidently, they didn't get all of their order and they had been in "for a long time". Umm, hello! We have been in here longer than you, your kids ate, and mine haven't. The manager comes out to talk to them and during the middle of their explanation Ritchie pipes up and says that they got our pizzas. And that is exactly what happened. He comes to talk to us and instructs us to find him after we get our ticket...our pizzas should be out soon. Well...I didn't know it, but the other table got the second round of pizzas that was for us. Finally, for the third time, at 7:20 the waiter comes to tell us that our pizzas are now being put into the oven. We both said we didn't want them and were leaving. We ended up not having to pay the check and got a free medium pizza out of it, too. That was probably someone else's pizza, too! The boys got nachos at the game which they would have probably rather had in the first place.
