We had a great Christmas this year. The boys have played and played and played. And I have played and played and played. I had forgotten how much fun it was to play Go Fish and Connect Four!

Monday we left and went to Garrison. It was Susie's 50th birthday and Chelsey was having a surprise party for her. We had a great time visiting with everybody there. Tuesday night we had our "Chandler Christmas". This consists of the boys opening all of their gifts. It is crazy just how much they get! They love our kids so much and SPOIL THEM ROTTEN!!! They all had one very favorite gift. Reid's was the fake cat that breathes and purrs. Layne adores the sleeping bag with the farm scene and steer pillow. He sleeps in it on top of his bed! Landon loved everything that was CARS! They got him a Cars book that is personalized with all three of their names in it. He smiles and waits patiently the whole time listening for his name. He also got a little couch from Chelsey and Heath. It folds out and he has been sleeping on it, even though it is a little too short for him.

Wednesday we came home and got ready for Santa. We made pizza and watched A Christmas Story. We had a great Christmas just the 5 of us being together. After 10 years of driving, we vowed we would take the year off to enjoy our two weeks. Scott and his family are coming and on Monday and we are all so excited!!! We don't get to see them much, so the time we do spend with them is very special! I will post with pictures of all of the little boys after they all leave.
