Since everyone else has blogged about this today, I thought I might as well. Before this season I have never watched American Idol. Sure, I watch reality t.v. Some of my favorites are The Bachelor, Dr. 90210, and The Girls Next Door, just to name a few. I don't know what it was that attracted me to American Idol this particular season. But, my point is......I am addicted. I LOVE Taylor! Gray hair and all. I think it is time for something different. Enough with the pop stars.
Last night was the most pitiful display of singing I have heard among people who are about to become "mega-stars". I did like Taylor's performance and I am proud of "Mandiva" for her selection. But overall....it was just sad. So, are these people American Idol material? Really???
